Is React Really Good at a Lot of Things?
In the last year or so, we've seen people try to address some of these shortcomings in a few different ways. Preact is probably the most popular of this kind of genre which is almost a verbatim copy of the React API but a tenth the size. And then more recently have Astro, which took it further and got like what if you just bring all your favorite libraries, mash all together and spit out something that's really wild?
