Logan: Mortgage rates should go up a little bit today. The bond market should break that slow dance, right? Logan: If if that starts to occur, you don't get higher bond yields when wage growth is cooling and the labor market gets weaker. So I would I would let people know that rates falling down this year, not a surprise.
