Christmas Lunch - What Would You Get Rid Of?
I think people have got used to the idea that adding more and more and more makes it better, where it doesn't. It probably makes people not appreciate the few things that make it into a feast anyway. The roast potatoes are perhaps the most important part of Christmas lunch. What I love about Christmas lunch is that it yields leftovers. So what you don't need to do is buy lots of food for after.
