Don't medicate grief. It's a natural reaction to o laws. Don't minimize it or trivialize it. Some people are totally chronically angry. But there are other emotions under anger, a lot of pain. Most anger is not a primary emotion. Underneath of anger, i find alot of fear. And you can write down all theyour fears. You stop blaming, and you become very ispancible. The question is not why me, but what now? Is rage good? Can rage be part of the healing process?You can't heal what you don't feel.
