The conversation i witd be haven't changed in the last 15 years. One of the biggest problems in executing strategy onlyou get the same on stuff, young gentlemen. The strategy's not clear. We don't ony else say what it means. It's not clear what you need to do. O there were different, if not, everybody's brought into it. Communication is a problem, you knowand we're not a lined a this, and things happened, and how it's all the sameas though it hasn't really changed. And it's very odd, because in most eras, business is full of treme osly energetic, enterprising creativ people.
