i encourage you to get out of the box. Just stop trying to put yourself into that thing whee where that's the main thing that you're with when it's hurting you. If all you do is just straight bar bell work, or you're only doing certain types of lifts, your workouts are gone. You don't have anything you can progress any more. Yes, work smarter, not harder, but also harder and smarter. Yoaverve, we have so many tools that we can use and do in the gin that's continuing to help us to get into better shape and increase different capacities for movement and strength.
