The Pro Three Is a Solid Trainer for Easy Runs

The nylon plate may work better for people who want a little more inherently flexible, like slightly more flexible ride. But I think the pro three is going to be better. Like when you put force into this, it kicks you forward. It's pretty stiff and feels really best going really fast. You can warm up and cool down in these, but I don't think I'd want to do that.
