How to Sleep for a 200 Mile Race
I sleep quite a bit less than most racers. I grew up on a dairy farm, so i'm used to operating on a little sleep. So for me, generally, between ten and 30 minutes per 200 mile race is enough to get me the amount of rest that i need. We're talking 200 plus les. It's just taking that to hold another level where you're in this situation where some one like yourself, had the kind of trial and error that, to a degree, on the race course. You got to figure out, like ecause obviously, if you don't sleep, you're going to do a lot worse.
