I don't think mex cares if you're an existing card holder, wih, which i believe she is. I have found t that i will not get a proof for a checking account if i don't thaw my credit report first. The trick is to try it through a bunch of different browsers. And so sometimes there's this great offer that you could try, like five different browsers before you finally find that great, you know, that much better offer.
