And it's a real estate franchise that I'm partnered with on Carlos Reyes, where we are actually combining the power of wholesaling for people that want to make a couple million dollars of your wholesaling. The company will probably be sold out in a two to three year spans. It'll be $100 million in sales to onboard all the people for that. That's designed in royalties to produce about $100 million a year. We started having a much higher need for vetted CEOs and it takes months to find the right fit.
