The Leak of the Framework Agreement Between the PGA Tour and the PIF
The PGA tour is spending $140 million this year out of its own cash reserves. There are almost no obligations or firm commitments in that four-ish page document other than Section 6, which puts the lawsuits to bed permanently. J. Monahan and Jimmy Dunn and Ed Herlighi essentially did all this stuff without the rest of the policy board knowing about it. It's now begun a new phase of negotiations to determine if the tour can reach a definitive agreement.
