Getting the Right People in the Building

Coach Cocha talks about getting the right people in the building. How does it benefit you to have a collection of guys who are very intelligent, who have put in a ton of work academically? I think these young people are forced every day to to really strain bodies in their minds. And so what i think the cumulative effect of that is a young man, it's battle testin and not just talkn bout on the field, but in every aspect of his life. At the end of the day, we all have to have what's best for noter name at the forefront of our heads.
