Is There a Need for Recovery With the Super Shoes?

Super shoes allow you to run faster at the same effort than you would be otherwise. But because i'm going faster than i normally would otherwise, that' tentially compounding, on the other end, the need for recovery. So there's different ways to invest that theoretical recovery benefit as well. Am i going to invest that in doing more volume over all, because now i can handle more ttal load? If i going to investment that into longer, harder workouts, perhaps? Or am i going toInvest that in more frequent workouts?
