The Power of God's Word

When we confess our sin, it becomes the very place where God meets us most powerfully. When we hide our sins, it hides God from our presence. Jonah chapter 3, verses 10 to 4, 3 is a fascinating way of God redeeming the story because it says that they immediately worship the true God after they threw Jonah off the boat. And I don't know if it's a whale or a fish. It's a crazy story. The power of the story is that God is a prophet of God and God gives him a command. Go and share the gospel with Nineveh.
