The Invitation to Rise Above Terrestrial and Be Celestial
The invitation here is to rise above that. And not be the kind of person that does good to receive something back. He says in verse 12, when you make a dinner or a supper, don't call your friends because you know what your friends are going to do? They're going to pay you back. The Savior is going to embody this throughout the remainder of his life. It will consistently be showing those watching him closely that that's the kind of being that he is.
