Is Corporate Greed the Cause of Inflation?
We just point to the problem itself or we latch on to causes that are politically or culturally validating as opposed to perhaps being true. Someone on the progressive left might point to inflation as a problem and say how can we fix this? We need to fix inflation but then immediately jump to say corporate greed is the cause of inflation. But if you're pointing at the wrong underlying cause then you're not going to be able to solve the problem because whatever you do is going to be directed at the wrong thing. Then skillfully use requires asking a third question: Can the disease be cured?
