Treating based on the hematodynamic phenotypic expression of the blood pressure values. Under 55, systolic disolic change, that's increased in peripheral vascular resistance. That would be best served with procardia or something like hydralisine as a peripheral vasodilator. And in the immediate postpartum period, that's where lasants could come in to try to decrease that preload.
