The Importance of Respecting Your Cultural Style

There was a lot of storming in this group and maybe that could have been mitigated to a certain degree, but that's an important stage that the teams go through to become a real team. I think really that piece about authority, I didn't recognize how much of a threat my sort of opening up dialogue across different levels was for this other person. And again, that was, you know, because of my values and my approach and I think that that was not even very sensitive.
