Is Mars a Solid or a Soft Core?

We'll be talking about one of these mysteries lying neath the surface of our own neighborhood. Is peanut butter technically liquid, or is it a solid? What is the pase diagram of pena butter? Can it sublimate into a gas? I do not kow if anybody's ever done that experiment.
