Mma says you can train awareness in the way that awareness is always perfect and of the same intensity. As it manifests into a certain aspect, then you can train that aspect of awareness. Awareness itself is already full potency, one or zero, and it's always there. But then as it manifests, you can let it come out stronger or weaker, or in indifferent qualities and ways.
