The Devil Is Not Always Very Dramatic

I think companies should declare that we are a relational company. There's no right or wrong way to do this or the opposite. We're a transactional company. And I love the idea of just being that clear,. If you want to go somewhere else where you don't have to have accountability and intimacy, then there are other places to go. But if you're going to be here, this is who we're going tobe.
