How Can a 20 Something Pastor Be That Father Figure?

I think i went through one phase where i don't, i can remember the last time i hired somebody older than 30. A lot of people feel like they answers, you got ta dress ind skinny jens,. You got to talk slang and and i see guys of my age doing that in churches. And just, it's, to me, it's repulsive. I've got four children who all came to know christ, and who are all four av been vocational ministry. So ii is a sweet time. We're younger than we ever have been before. We're growing as fastr or faster, as we ever have before. But at the same time missing the older demographic.
