i see people who try to go fixing things on the outside. And in a sense, i think that's ally, like, really, really useful for people to understand. I recently spoke to someone who was thinking about travelling to india and getting surgery so that they could get their shins lengthened. Some people don't recover at all from this kind of treatment.
