i'm really glad i've done this, this sort of this break from having a watch em. There definitely i think imnit is a sort of slightly different example. But er, when you look at hydration, and i know there are monitors now for hydratnd. There's em skin monitors and things. And the more we become reliant on all those external things to to measure, then the less kind of attuned we are to our own feedback.
