Doing Daily Journaling in the Morning

Journalling first thing in the morning really helps me clear my head and create an intention for the day. It just sets a tone that i'm going to be intentional with the way that i'm acting, because i'm being intentional with the how i'm thinking. And can change the wary you feel by changing the way you think and all that kind of thing. So if you want those benefits, then i find that messiness is key. Though, of course, they's like planning, which is a different thing, and i'll be doing a whole different topic on that. The next thing i wrote was, and this kind relates, is to buy undated journals.
