The Importance of Recognizing Challenges
I think most of us are waiting for life to get easier and I find myself doing it even with my children like oh and they're a bit older it'll be easier. There's gonna be constant challenges constant phases so we've got to stop waiting for it to get easy exactly. Meeting challenges can make us stronger it can be enlivening it can give us more confidence that challenge came along I thought I couldn't face and I did it I met it it was okay. If we have the resources we need to meet the next challenge that comes along we are stronger we're happier, grow more confident if we don't have the resources we can be overwhelmed and that's traumat
