How to Get People More Comfortable With Ambiguity

Ambiguity maps the friction of effort. Sometimes that ambiguity can be so overwhelming that people are afraid to get started because they don't necessarily know how to get started. Oftentimes innovators have this instinct that because their idea is new, we need to higlight its newness and its radical ness is part of its lure. So simplification, stream lining, making unfamiliar ideas more familiar has been a big success for Apple.
