Is the Market for Talent So Inefficient?
Vhent: One of the big ideas i took from the book is that yunos, actually, these are this quite inefficient market. There's a lot of low hanging through in a value left on the table if you can find a talent that's underrated by conventional employers or other buyers of talent. I think its in similar dire straits that soffor was in in the late nineties, where no one's really thinking critically about it. Vhent: Because people don't realize how good they could be, we should try and elevate the standards a little bit to bring up the floor.
