How to Find the Right Workout for You
It's about finding what does work for you. So maybe get a class pass or find some free workout videos on YouTube and test and try a couple different things. Having that workout buddy not only gets you to try more things, but it's kind of like a date with a friend. And another thing too is to just be consistent. Like I schedule it a few times a week in my calendar. If I have to move things around or cancel it, it's fine. At least it is my intention that that week I'm going to try to go work out three to four times a week because I know it's good for my future self.
