How to Set Up a Schedule That Works for Your Child
The rule of thumb for typically developing elementary school kid is five to 20 minutes younger than that no more than 10 minutes. For middle and high school students it's sort of between 15 to 45 minutes. If you give this a try for a week and it doesn't seem to be working what are some signs that you might want to adjust that time frame. It's always a good idea to collaborate with your child and ask them their ideas for organizing your days.
