If a bidder is looking to buy a company, there's very little point in making any kind of proposal if i haven't already spoken to the major shareholder. If that founding shareholders on board with whatever the proposed transaction isit' It's highly likely to go ahead in its current form - even if they're against it. Fun managers tend to make less noise about valuation than founder shareholders who are often more focused on long-term goals.
