The Importance of a Good Partnership

I've had a lot of partnerships also. And I tell people that you've got to be very, very careful in a partnership. Many people are in a partnership for what they can get as opposed to what they can give. Sometimes the value that one person brings, the other person ironically doesn't value that. All the other persons back at home like building the whole thing, resentment, animosity, all that stuff builds up and it can end really badly. That's so tragic.
