What's the Most Comforting Thing About Information?

I think a lot of times what happens is when people behave in a certain way and it's negative, they just think they're a bad person. And I think once they can gain some level of understanding on where it comes from, it starts to become normal in a way, right? Where they're like, alright, this makes sense. It takes the shame out of it. Yeah, for sure. If I'm having an emotional conflict, I need to learn more about the conflict, where it's coming from. And that again allows you to not feel guilty about it and to just go at it with a plan of action and a place of understanding. Right.
