Crowdfunding is a way for small, early stage growth companies to raise capital that permits smaller investors to actually invest in private companies. The people who know the company, like the company, maybe use the product, can actually invest in and own pieces of the company through the crowdfunding. It works best, we think, for business to consumer type of initiatives because the consumers are the ones who look at what you're offering and say, okay, yeah, I can see using that. That's me. I like it. Maybe I'll use the service and maybe I'll also invest in the business that provides the service"
