In third nephi they have an experience, and it's very similar to the experience that they probably should have been having in exodus 19. What strikes me about that is that somehow this experience must lead you to understanding something about the nature of divinity. There's an element of what it means to be a divine being that will be demonstrated by you touching deity. An element of this is you to understand fully, completely, that i am a living being, embodied even. That's the idea, that's the expectation. And i want you building a graven image.
