Anyone who has laid awake at night in the darkness and yet found that they can see all too clearly will be identifying with Macbeth, says Andrew Lloyd Webber. We meet one of Shakespeare's finest characters as I've said Lady Macbeth we meet her in scene five of act one and she is reading a letter from Macbeth her husband who tells her of the weird sisters again using that word wrapped to describe the trance he fell under.
