I think most people are living in mind, body misalignment, right? Where their body's believing and thinking one thing, but they're mind thinking another. A really good example that I've had to constantly come up against in my own life would be whenever my body was experiencing anxiety or sadness. My mental mind would be looking at the environment and thinking, but there's nothing here making me anxious or sad. That's not actually relevant to the body. It's a different experience in my body than it is in my mind. So if I can kind of like remove all the stories that my mind's creating about what's happening or not happening right now, just be with my body
