Overseering the Flock of God

Pastor: overseers, the pastors, having seen clearly what they need to see about the flock. Peter says not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. This is one of the five most important texts on leadership in the new testament. Pastors influence as teachers. They do not control as sergeants or lords.
