Jesus said be a servant of everybody and that is what he did constantly daily but man i hate to say this but if you want to say that Jesus practiced self care looked at the times when he woke up well it was still early before everyone else and he went to be alone with the Lord and prayed. There is a special sustaining grace in serving the Lord and in serving other people as we serve the Lord so should Christians practice self care? If by self care you mean walking with the Lord taking time to unplug being in creation prayer fellowship with others and getting off the internet once in a while absolutely absolutely and in doing those things you can practice self care to the glory of God.
