The FTC has asked for approval for a system that will let parents snap selfies to provide parental consent. The ratings board says the system won't store any images or identify individual faces. A California homeowner was reportedly dropped for housing insurance after his insurer claimed that they sent a drone over his property and found his yard cluttered with potential hazards.
