The Chaos of Product Management

Shopify's product management team is responsible for the overall infrastructure and architecture of how the system is built, right? So this is where we developed the levels in the product management organization. And then it all like the rest is really a scaling blur because we set that up after let's say two years or so. Everyone felt like they didn't know how decisions got made.
