Is the Law Justifiable?
Laws should be judged on whether they maximise well being, not morality. Regulating every little detail about society would be harmful for a number of reasons. It's arguanly not very democratic, because people will hate it. I'm simply much more concerned about the big questions than about regulating tiny aspects of life. And that's probably the point i care most about.
