Blair: I was thinking about information overload like immediately as a theme and then you kind of, you know, that's a place where you end up going. So we do need to be able to subtract in, in those situations, right? And, and take, make sure that this doesn't kind of overload our processing capabilities. This is why five item checklists are so effective or just a bulleted list of things to remember. If you get past the, the seven bullet, you're basically defeating the purpose because you might be adding something useful. But if it's not as important as the other bullets, you're kind of watering down the whole thing. We have mental models
