Some lenders get too reliant on just feeding you a little bit of booze on happy hour. This is when agents need mortgage professionals. The majority of the offers being written are going out on Sunday and Monday before the deadline. They don't necessarily need them four to six on Thursday during happy hour. They need them on the weekends. And then in the middle of the night, if you want to drop off a bag of bagels or send me a bottle of vodka, go for that too.
