Jase: In terms of non monogamoust relationships, it can really help reframe feelings of jealousy. And also, like you just said, i mean, this positive psychology, feeling like you can hopefully inspire feelings of gratitude when taking stock of what's actually present in your life. I think that maybe in particular situations when you're much more attuned or trying to focus more on, oh, it's abundant, that can be a straight up denial of reality sometimes,. particularly when it comes to finding partners and dating.
