How to Encourage Students to Reflect on Their Brains

Olav, do you want to take this one as the metacognition expert? You don't have to sit down with each student individually, but you can have activities in the classroom that prompt that sort of reflection. So for a lot of that understanding how we learn and what works, you can have students discuss that with one another.
