I Love the Tomato in This Soup, Priya!
I loved the way the tomato kind of like submits itself to the soup and it gives itself entirely to the dish. And I disagree when she says like, I put tomatoes in here when they're at the peak of their juicy sweetness. Like what is that? You could put any tomato in here and it would do the same thing. It just brings like umami and a little acidity and it's delicious.
