Gameday - Attent Being Attent to Attention
Gameday is absolutely about being attentive to attention. But i want that attention directed to the most important, specific, controlable, positive factors in my play. As a sport psychologist, i also go to that interreceptive quality of our brains are trapping that data from our bodies and it is influencing how we feel in the moment. And soi own biased here.
