The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs is what you're after or Defra. One of the processes in making the food has to take place in that area. So if you were to make a Cornish pasty, you can make it using ingredients from other places but it would need to be made in that sort of way. But then what we're talking about here is closer to like food, like ingredient fraud,. where you're claiming by in the title that you're using certain ingredients and potentially you're not.
