There is just so much that we don't know about this and it's one reason why I've really pulled away from looking at this element of the economic relationship because it's so hard to understand. We would expect that given that slower economic growth China's experiencing we would expect to see less global investment writ large but China has developed political institutions and connections as I've discussed a moment ago that are robust and in many ways supersede some of these economic engagements.
